Went to the Hawks v. Norf match last night. Watching those two run during the first half showed how far behind we are as a team.

Interesting to note that Captain and Vice Captain Hodge and Lewis followed the example set by their coach and belted somebody.

Their biggest issue is that they don't put teams away when they have the chance to rack up a big score. Always leave the door open for a quick 5 goals from the other team to make a game of it.

Surely you jest. Hodge has been one of the most influential players in the game for years.
Stands up in big games on the biggest stage of all. They don't award Norm Smiths for nothing.

Damn if Sydney lose today then three of the four flag favourites will be on two losses. They may as well roll out the red carpet for Freo to finish top 2.

Unless the Dockers have some surprise losses some time during the season, Swans and Hawks will not be able to catch them, they'll be number 1 on the ladder for sure, thankfully there are still the finals for them to contend with. There only likely losses are against Hawks and Port away, but the Port game is in the final round, so it might not be important for them to win it.

I love how Freo supporters come on to the Gameday Thread on the main board and bully opposition supporters if they don't agree with them (about umpiring decisions etc) and then sook about "West Coast trolls" spoiling the discussions on the thread.
There are many Freo supporters on this site who are very discourteous and seek to make the experience of those who disagree with them as miserable as possible.
(I should caveat this with the fact that I've seen Hawthorn supporters do it at well)
