Buggar.

Meh, don't really care.

Now to arguably match of the Rnd, Dogs v Cats.
Nah, North v Hawks was the match of the round
But I guess that's why you said "arguably" ;)

Uh, you do know we were even worse in 2001 and 2002 right?

Hawthorn missed finals after winning the whole damn thing in 2008. That will always be worse.

The idea of tanking is foul to me. If we ever tanked I would cross over to the purple side of town.
Do you mean 2000 and 2001
We made the finals in 2002 under Woosha

Well get fox, bit is ok here
Hard to get SCG tickets

I actually do have Foxtel, but I can empathise with those who can't afford it but want to see their team play. I also don't understand why 7 would chuck a billion dollars on getting the rights and then not show the games, despite having four channels they could do so on. Cats/Bulldogs is on tomorrow, who the hell is going to watch it? Supporters would have found another option and neutrals aren't likely to go out of their way to watch it once they know the result. It's baffling. It's like a rich kid buying an expensive toy that the other kids in the neighbourhood really want but he's not totally interested in it so every weekend they have to watch as he barely uses it or plays with it the wrong way.

Lol, are you shitting me? Geezus. It's a 7 game as well. What the hell is wrong with Ch7 Perth??

Currently streaming it but I'd rather watch the TV. Foxtel's not worth it, I've been down that road and I just don't use it that often. I'm surprised how many people actually do. I watch a couple of AFL games and it feels like my entire weekend's gone.

Actually I got it confused with Richmond v Gold Coast last week which had a 9 hour delay.

Cats v Dogs is just not being telecast into Perth at all. YMMV on whether this is an improvement.

Also, as someone who only watches rectangular-field sports at the international level only, is the surface at AAMI Park always this bad? Looks like someone just rolled a bit of turf out over the dirt an hour before the game.

I read in a twitter feed earlier that we have travelled 33,000 kms so far this season, whereas the Bulldogs have travelled only 2000 kms. Stuff the AFL and their inequalities in the system - vfl centric giving the Dogs a red carpet ride into the finals. Almost every game at Etihad. Wank!
Hope the Cats flog 'em.

Gee this Barlow guy goes alright - it's almost as if dropping him to the WAFL for underperforming had some sort of positive effect or something!
Didn't we have about 4 pages somewhere about getting him, most said it was laughable

if we didnt turn to shit in the last quarter last week, we would currently be 5th on the ladder :(

If we thought we could win it next season it would make sense

I wish.

We're a fair way away.

And by the time we fix the mids, other areas will be deficient.

Sorry times ahead

That travel stat was shown in todays telecast (wce v bris)
Total flight KMS.
Equality there would never happen even with an equal spread of teams across all states and an even draw because W.A to anywhere east will still be less than Vic to Syd/S.A
All of our flights will be longer.
The only way you'd get equality would be if, say the dogs are forced to board a plane and circle tullamarine to clock up flight miles, then land and catch the bus back to etihad. Wont ever happen.

We also have eight six day breaks, the equal most for all teams. Pretty fair to say we get less recovery time than any other team this year.
