Dare I say it, tinfoil hat and all, that if was a Western based team or should I say a non Vic team - there'd be NO hesitation in stripping the medal. None at all.

And a team from Adelaide or Perth would have had a significantly bigger penalty than what Essendon received. Just look at Adelaide's penalty for the Tippett saga.

Baffled as to why the decision would be hard. You have been found guilty of doping offences, you can't have the Brownlow. It's cut and dried.

Gillan is just a gutless flog who probably has plenty skeletons in the closet relating to the doping scandal.

eh...I still think we were looking shaky before Sandi went down.

If he can give first use to Freo's mids more often than not he'll be earning his pay. The second tier rucks deserve smacked faces. They are woeful.
 
how stupid. They might as well go on a rebuild and do it properly. clean out all the spuds and the old c***s and back in their kids. In 2014 part of me wanted cox to get to 300 but it would have most likley cost us lycett at the end of the season.

Couldn't care less frankly. They are shit.

Griffin is a great battler but will probably retire before Sandi, Hannath is the slowest player ever to play AFL and Clarke, while a perfectly competent low-end ruckman, has not improved in 3 years and seems like he will always be bothered by his mosh-pit induced knee injury. It may even make sense for us to trade Clarke in the context of a rebuild.

Sandi's not really relevant to the rebuild/play kids argument because we're going to need to look to draft/trade for a potential number 1 ruck anyway. There's no one he's blocking from getting games who has that potential.

If I was Freo I would be wanting to keep Sandilands as well.
