Saints are playing stupid football and being punished for it now. Ross the boss has really fired the dockers up. Doesn't want to lose to his old club that is for sure.

So Fremantle are actually, er, they're playing proper football all of a sudden. Taberner has actually done some good things. Fremantle's pressure is working to cause the Saints to be woeful.

I am right most of the time. Sorry that some ppl think I come across as negative. I'm not a sheep.
Actually you know what, **** it. Had this in the saved drafts last year but don't think I pulled the trigger on it, but this post has tipped me over the edge. "I am right most of the time. Sorry that some ppl think I come across as negative. I'm not a sheep." How clever can one person think they are, especially on a forum where you can see a transcript of all their missed calls with the click of a button. Let me take you back to late last year, Eagles sitting second on the ladder as we round the final turn.

After Nic and Sinclair were announced out of the Hawks game (Round 19, 2015):
I say we try to salvage our percentage. Don't think Adelaide can catch ours if we go to shit but you never know.

During the Hawks game:
Hate to see what freo will do to us next week.

We're going to fall out of the 4.

**** this team.

We wont see Nic until the Adelaide game. Season is stuffed now imo. Dogs will replace us in the 4 and we'll slide to 6th.

Bullies will beat us and we'll fall out of the 4.

Can see us winning 2 more games at the most

Pre derby:
I wouldn't back us even if we had Gov and NN. This is the strongest side Freo has fielded all year. They just have this mental barrier over us that at this time is too difficult to overcome.

Not sure we can get them while they're at their peak, unlike the old dockers sides who would rise to beat us even when we were good and they were crap. Not expecting much tomorrow and it would be a while before we beat them again, I guess it depends on how we go in the years ahead.

You know I'm so jealous of the showdowns because they really are 50/50 games yet with the derby you just know they are going to fist us.

During the derby:
Well we're cooked for this year. 6th and out first week. **** this team.

On Masten's bite:
This might be the tipping point now with all our outs. Could cost us top 4.

Badge goes bang

Last time a contest was that one sides Melbourne lost to Geelong by 180 odd.

Oh and ep2006 , start of last year you also said we wouldn't beat Freo for at least 3 years.

Right all the time? No
A pessimistic misery guts all the time? Definitely

Mate I've been on BF for almost a decade and you cite five or so games/incidents? What about the other 200+?

Freo are getting a good run from the umps here. I think the afl just want the embarrassment that is Freo to end.

Fair call mate, that was clearly me combing every single one of your posts and scrambling to find evidence. It definitely wasn't a casual browse of just a single week of posts in a particularly pessimistic period of yours. You've defended yourself aptly.

To be fair, West Coast has been pretty ordinary for the best part of that decade so it's pretty bloody easy to be right when you're perma-negative and the team isn't performing each week.

Exactly. You have made a poor argument. Why not judge me since 2006 instead of my posts from a 2 - 3 week period last year.

BTW how petty that you saved my posts last year. o_O

Yep, that was loaded up and ready to burst, and ep2006 you gave him the perfect cause for its release.

It's all well and good to have an opinion based on your observations - and indeed you provide somewhat of an outer limit to the more pessimistic side of this board - but to make "bold" statements about outcomes based on your fringe position and to then state that you are mostly correct is just silly.

You're like those people who reside on either the extreme right or the extreme left of the political spectrum, whereby they seem to become one and the same (hence your reputation as a closet Fremantle supporter). Stick to your observations but don't make irrationally negative predictions and then back yourself up despite the benefit of what should be a more positive hindsight, because it just gives people ammo.

As I said, I wrote it at the time but decided not to post it because deep down I feel a bit sorry for you because you're the board's punchline. Thought I'd better save it in case you went on another anti West Coast melt. Wise decision in hindsight.

Our discussion here is over.
