Fletcher has played some great footy this year.. struggles when we don't have the right match up for him.. of course at this stage any bad game will result in questions being asked about his future.

Personally I think it is 100% his call.. he is owed and I have no problem letting him decide the when and how. If that means another year.. so be it.

There is no way you could call Fletcher a passenger this year.. no more so than Chappy or Winderlich.. I hope he can be convinced to pull on his boots for one more year.. deserves the 400 next to his name.. hopefully with one more medal around his neck!!

Can't see Judd retiring, Carlton can't afford him to retire! Fletch, well as I said in the game thread whilst he deserves to go out on his own terms, there is a limit and the club should be upfront with that. Have a feeling next year will be his last.

Unlike the others Judd's form is improving with match time. Think he'll go around for another year too.

Interesting some of Clarko's comments OTC last night. Talking about the Lake/Petrie incident he said that Friday night reports should be dealt with on Sunday night so the media doesn't have a chance to whip everyone up into mass hysteria. I don't think he quite understands who is running the "show" here.

Also had a crack at North Melbourne/Petrie because Drew had had four media segments before the report was actually dealt with.

Cry me a ****ing river Clarko.

Now he has some small insights into how it feels to be on the receiving end where someone has been played like a puppet by the AFL to suit the AFLs agenda.

This should be the end of the debate.

So who do we want to win this weekend? Obviously Brisbane but who out of Collingwood/Crows? I say Collingwood as I reckon Crows have an easier run after this than the Pies.

Of course the Crows! Anything that pushes Collingwood closer to falling out of the 8 is ideal in my opinion. Couldn't give two shits where the Crows end up

Yeah but it will put Crows a game closer to us and they will then probably overtake us next week, would rather Collingwood win this week and then lose to Port.

I had it looking like that too, but if Crows win this week they could go undefeated for the rest of the year.
North will beat them, and even if that's the case, we finish 8th and play Hawthorn (IMO)

Crows obviously, so that Eddie physically explodes.

A Tigers win would delude them into thinking their list is close and topping up again. Tom Logan and a failed play at Ryan O'Keefe are my predictions.

Brisbane win would help us.

Finally, a Hawks win probably helps those of us who don't want an asterisk winning this year's flag, so some Sydney fallibility would be nice from one perspective, but on the other hand I'd rather they have their stumble next week. But losing three in a row (they have Hawthorn, us and Port) would be ideal I think. A Hawthorn win, odious as the concept is, doesn't really change their situation this year, as I still think they'll struggle to win any interstate final, be it Freo, Sydney or Port.

As much as I hate the whole current Sydney vibe, I still couldn't bring myself to barrack for either Hawthorn or Carlton when they're playing them.

Anyone else? Maybe to quite likely.
