Just remember you get to go to regular season games in the city. Some people in these regional areas wouldnt. Its a nice thing for the towns to have AFL teams come to them.

We had a game against Melbourne at Etihad last preseason.

Having said that, with the JLT games reduced to two, it’s increasingly unlikely there will be games at Etihad in the preseason.
