Saturday 18th of March. 11am at Thebarton Oval. Free Entry. Game to be posted on the digital pass a day later.

Pending the injury list: Hopefully Sinn (hamstring), Dumont (calf), Lord (lacerated kidney) and Mead (hamstring) take part.

Note: this game is right before the AFL game, so the sub (EG Evans) won't play. It's possible we'll see an extended bench.

Maggies Side:
F: Visentini - Scully - Finlayson
HF: Jackson - Teakle - Barkla
C: Bonner - Sutcliffe (C) - Hagan
HB: Sinn - K.Marshall - Burgoyne
B: Pasini - Clurey - McCallum
R: Hayes - Dumont - Mead
INT FROM: Lord - Williams - Montgomery - Turner - Weidemann - Aldridge - Francou
EMERG: Evans - McEntee

Barring a miraculous Finlayson recovery, Georgiades will play AFL, poor form or not. As he should. I'd rather play a young key forward even out of form over wasting a forward line spot on the slightly better but still not very good Jed McEntee impersonator from Geelong

I'm assuming Finlayson gets picked, albeit underdone.

Thought we could throw Finlayson or Teakle back for balance, then look at the backline and that just unbalances that line like the forward line.

Pasini, Clurey, McCallum across full back.

It's going to be an issue all year to be honest. Without some injuries to the talls we may struggle a bit.

Unfortunately it’s also where we pick our AFL players from, that midfield doesn’t fill me with optimism if we get a couple of injuries.
When Boak returns, Jones probably comes back in. Developing him in the middle at Sanfl level , gives some zip to that group. Not sure if Sinn could also have stints as a mid when he builds fitness. Any speed in top ups to throw into mid region? Barkla also?
