Is this about as depleted as we could get? No Jones, Thompson, Wells, Smith - all top 10 players when fit. Other players that could push for the best 22 - Sinclair, Swallow, Edwards ... Is there anyone left playing for Werribee and North Ballarat?

Anyone seen the Geelong side?

I tell you what, so as not to look like a hypocrite, why don't you come along to the game and boo him every time he goes near it.

It annoys me that Big Footy swear filters won't let me express what I think of you right now.

The thing is, I know that side is so far from our best 22 - Wells, JWS, Thommo, CJ, Sinkers, Azza and I'll include Swallow as he's carved up Geelong in the past...I still don't think it's that bad.

7 of our top liners out and I think we've still think we've got plenty of sides covered.

Geelong however, isn't one of those sides.

Good good. Bit surprised about Thomas. One goal in the last five matches. Thought he was a certainty to be dropped. I'll give him another chance, he has to play well though.

Congrats to Ben Davies on his first game for the club. Well earned. Fortunate perhaps for him that Wellsy is still not right to go so hopefully he can make the most of his opportunity and cement a spot. Big game for the Hunter as he will have to hold down a decent opponent with Drew going forward. And chookas to the Boggler - make this one count big fella, it's in your hands now. :thumbsu:

He has done next to nothing for 158 games, he continus to ge chances. What makes you think he will do something this week?

I think the fact that we have simpson, rawlings, harris & harvey as core experience and strength in the midfield holds us together. Take any of those out of the mix and we're in real trouble. No doubt those injuries hurt, but to date, we've been able to cover reasonably well.

The flip side is we have some quality to come back in should we make the finals ( I say should as we have a tough run with injuries and the draw coming up, but I think we'll make it).
