Even if we purposely tanked to try get Sharpe, I doubt we could beat the likes of Richmond or North to the spoon.

He just needs to cop some sort of injury then tank his interviews and combine.

Can Hamish give him lessons on how to be a bad boy from a bad family?
Put him on the Welsh meal plan

[QUOTE="I think we'll finish higher than Port next season so Dyson seems like a pipe dream currently[/QUOTE]

Port don’t have their first rounder though. So they are out of the hunt. Will be very very funny if they have a bad year and miss him because of Luko

To be honest, if you knew just how little the club talks to young SA talent and how little they keep in touch with SA kids when they are drafted somewhere else, you would be disappointed.

be the same everywhere. no point wasting time and resources on players just because they are local. we have academy players and development networks. many victorian draftees havent even spoken to some clubs before being drafted and had no idea.

Port would probably need to give up a potential 1st from Butters compensation in 2025 and F1 (2026) to be in a position to get Sharp.
Imagine them trying to do that too..a very big price to pay..as it would likely cost all the butters compo and the 2026 1st to even get into a conversation with Richmond for their pick

Either way, I think Butters will probably look to leave in 2026 FA, anyway

Anything can happen, but it seems very likely Sharp is Tigers-bound at this point
