Your thread came first, my thread was a parody of your thread to show how silly it is and stir you up.

I see a fair bit of us taking the piss out of Bay 13 amidst those that are genuinely complaining.

I read about 2% of what happens in Bay 13, and it doesn't fire me up at all these days. I do however like to remind posters who think they are important because their rubbish goes unchallenged, that they are not as important as they think they are.

Do you think you really understand the dynamics of something and give qualified assertions about it if you only experience 2% of it?

Challenging someone with facts on Bay 13 is a waste of time because as we discussed, you don't own someone using facts, you own them by being equally as silly and by getting others to back you because they hate the other guy's team more than yours. Ask most to form a debate on a forum where only intelligence and logic are required and they are off running in the other direction.

That is a complete falsehood. If you can argue the point and ignore those who latch onto the peripheries of an argument you can win debates. The problem with your victimhood mode of thinking is that you are defeated before you begin.

I am hoping to remind those more impressionable posters who read this tripe, that credibility of those that they are reading is diminished, and it is purely intended to be satirical.

There is an amount of promise to this Biff, or, we could let these two continue to duke it out. My money would be on Strozo, despite ODN's ability to infract him. As ODN is also facing the significant disadvantage of being a Carlton supporter, thus lowering himself somwhat significantly down the evolutionary scale, he faces an uphill battle to overcome a thoughtful, intelligent poster such as Stronzo.

And this thread was a parody of Bay 13 in essence, making light of its content and allowing people to share their experiences rather than get sucked into the black hole.

I should qualify that. I have in the past read a lot of Bay 13 threads and now I gloss over some threads in passing, see the direction it is heading, smile knowingly at the same old responses, consider there is nothing to see here and exit. 2% is probably a huge underestimation, but was put in to illustrate my interest in it. I saw a few Carlton supporters flailing around thinking the vibe in Bay 13 applied equally to all supporters, making serious responses, making funny responses and in the end reduced to being dismissed because the group mentality dictates the success of a post. I found this humorous and decided to go on the attack while at the same time allowing the troops to vent or laugh at the occasional adsurdity.

Rubbish. Winning comes from how many 'lulz' you get and how many people support your stance. You forget that Bay 13 is an open forum. On all team boards you will find alliances between supporters of the same team and they will generally close ranks around an invader. You enter somebody's home and they will collectively rise up against you. If you enter a public place and the crowd of strangers rise up against you, that is something else again.

Well they have certainly brought up this thread for ridicule without copying and pasting. You have just taken it a step further so I question its originality. Don't get me wrong, I don't care about the thread. I'm not telling you its a bad idea like you did with this one, because I am not bothered by it. As I said, I consider it a last ditch effort to get some sort of satisfaction on this for yourself.

No, it was for all of bigfooty. It isn't a parody, it is more of some attempt at trying to catalogue carlton trolls and talk about how wrong they are and how unfair the way the world is.

Bay 13 has a way of seperating the wheat from the chaff, no matter who they support.
