I really don't know what our coaches are thinking. Putting our best defender forward for the first 10 minutes. Our midfield is notorious for starting slowly.

Our defence was gonna be under the pump from the 1st minute. Which showed as they got a 3 goal jump. Should of been much more if they had of kicked straight.

Matt Carr better pull his finger out. Simon Black is having a field day.

We're getting smashed at the clearances again, Hasleby's been quiet. Our midfield has been very unaccountable, lions are pushing forward hard and we're not going with them. Power v Heath Black is a strange match up.

We've had a good run with the free kicks so far.

Cookie's had 3 shots on goal already.

If we lose today we won't finish top four.

Our skills are woeful. We can't hit a 5m handpass under no pressure. Seriously, this may as well be an international team which has never seen a football.

Our midfield is lazy. When the lions have spare players in defence our midfield should be working over time to swap the ball from HBF to opposing HFF to get a running kick at goal. Unfortunately our midfield doesn't run hard enough when our forwards are being outnumbered.

Parker's still got something to offer, but I cant understand why he seems to be guaranteed a spot in the first 18.

McPharlin up forward has never worked no matter how many times it's been tried.

Very disappointing to allow them to kick 4 consecutive goals.

How good is Webster's kicking, he has hit a forward on the chest with every kick except one.

The free kick count would be very lopsided in our favour, lets hope they don't try to square it up with soft ones in the second half.

Positives so far:

1) Tarrant has been sensational. Hard working, good shepherds, nice goal.
2) Webster. Hit every target and hard tackles.
3) McManus and Cook have been hard at it as usual and are playing well.
4) Josh Carr and Heath Black. Getting good ball now and using it well.
5) Warnock - Good start by the big guy.

Negatives:
1) Disposal - For F's sake kick and handball to us!!!!
2) Parker - What the hell are you doing?
3) Connolly - Grover??? what were you thinking? If Brown had the right boots on today we were gone.
4) Can I say disposal again?
5) Umpires?? Obviously you need to be a troglodyte...and we are getting the best of it.

3) McManus and Cook have been hard at it as usual and are playing well.

Yes, but their opponents have been getting touches at will and getting clearances. Being hard at it is one thing, but if you play in the middle of the ground, you have to be able to win the ball and run. Both are way too reactive and slow.

We took the lead in the 2nd quarter then went to sleep in time on. Then we were within a goal in the 3rd quarter and took our foot off the pedal in time on again.
