Our players have not been given the chance for weeks on end to show us. I just can't get passed we are poorly led by our head coach.
Not discounting the premiership we won but since that day didn't Buckley have a much better record than Simpson and he stepped down knowing he would be sacked. Adam has 2 more years to run. Mind Boggling?

Not defending Simmo but his record is superior to Buckley's.
As has Simmo and possibly done more damage than Bucks.
Did you miss the first 6 seasons of Buckley's coaching stint? No other coach would've survived that at Collingwood.

Anyway here we are now with what we have and lets hope the club does something.

This is great news that we won a flag in 2018 because now I can go out and celebrate, feel warm and fuzzy and not even worry about the recent results or alleged problems within the club that 95% of posters are talking about. Hooray for 2018 flag!
Unless Buckley returns to coaching and a wins flag, it'll always be better.
Doesn't help the here and now though obviously.

Its alright.. trevs onto it with his usual try and placate everyone email…. Really disappointed that synergy wasn’t mentioned… i think that word could really being everyone together
Well, I'm more afraid that he's going to get every opportunity to build some serious continuity with those emails.

I am talking about our younger players getting an extended run in the team.
The Synergy is where it all went wrong...
The Synergy that supplies our farm is best known for:
- intermittent service (aka our midfield to our fwds);
- failure to deliver when really needed, such as in the middle of shearing (aka our drafting and MC choices);
- offering crappy compo when all the food in the fridge has gone off due to blackouts (same as WC during the lockouts);
- having worn out infrastructure (aka Hurn, Kennedy, Shuey);
- having repairmen (persons?) that we can never find when needed (aka WC's medical staff).
