Solved Pages reloading and other janky behaviour recently.

Some ad is making the site almost unusable.

Get screenshots, send them to support@bigfooty.com with your device and browser details.

Try the site on a different device and/or browser and see if you get the same issue. Include those details in your email, too.

If you know how to, get the HTML code or tag for the ad, send it along, too. That helps narrow down the specific ad.

Now happening with a bonzai ad in both edge and chrome. Unable to browse on my pc.

Dulux ad can get ****ed. Constantly refreshing and closing and reopening browser but always comes back eventually

I was having the same issue Chief

You could refresh the page on the Dulux ad until it went away. And it seems to have sorted itself out now.

But tonight I started to get the same thing with a bonzai ad. I couldn't refresh it away though. I couldn't access a single thread for 5+ minutes before it stopped. Hopefully that ad never comes back.

Dulux was a pain. Bonzai was hell.

The new culprit is the Red Cross add which seems the worst of the lot because of the video add embedded in it.

I can’t even scroll on chrome to get to the post box to report the bug, I’ve had to go on my phone

Yeah that one is causing me grief too.

It's a Telstra ad. Whenever that ad appears you can't scroll down the page, it keeps jumping straight back to the top when you try scroll down. On PC using Edge.

Getting the same issue again Chief. This time with the lifeblood ad but even worse. Forum is unusable.

Installed Adblock Plus extension for Edge and it has fixed the problem.

PC browsers are unusable due to that red cross ad. Have to log into my phone app to use Big Footy.

Seems to be some weird behaviour on Chrome this morning to do with the ads on the side panels.

Can't scroll down. Doesn't seem to be an issue on Edge.

Update also doing it on Edge. The culprit seems to be the Telstra Samsung ad. Other ads such as the Free Subway delivery aren't causing the issue.

Me too. Been trying to load this page to repost it for the past 10 minutes but it wouldn't work.
Just came good now. I assume the ad has just been removed

It's back. If I refresh the page several times it eventually works.

Changing to MS Edge doesn't fix it either.

We tested it on multiple machines on the main browsers.

Worked for us all this morning.

It has been removed now.

I use Brave Browser and was certainly driving me nuts! I disabled scripts and that sorted it nice and quick.

Not experiencing any ad issues anymore. However, I'm getting a lot of 400 errors on the forum when using my Samsung tablet on Chrome.

If this happens, you often need to just dump your BigFooty cookies.

I try and scroll down and the screen automatically bounces me back up to the top.
