Poppy. Biased view but for a guy in his first year he really looked like someone who had been in the system for a few years. He is a mature recruit but still exceeded my expectations with his output.

Haven't seen a great deal of King and the few games I have he was poor so I can't really pass judgement on him.

I love Kingy, but he's all heart not skill. He'd struggle to make the best 22 of a genuine top 8 side, Puopolo has already shown he can fit into a top 4 side.

Unfair to say jake has no skill, has a good kick on him, just lacks finesse. Good handball receiver 2 Meters from goal also.

Puopolo, last year i watched him tear it up at the Redlegs as a medium defender/midfielder, this year i watched him tear it up as a half forward in a top 3 side. Excellent footballer.

Jake King is one who is making the most of his talent. Lucky to be playing for a poor side, really stands out, kicks a good amount of goals but apart from up forward cant really play anywhere (very average defender) but if Richmond improve at all (which is unlikely) his career will end. A club favourite though.

Jake King is underrated, although he didn't finish 2011 very well. Puopolo though is probably a class above. At Norwood he played as a midfielder, and I would love to see him become a rover in the next few years. He's good at 'selwooding' and has decent skills, speed, and application.

I think Pupopulo had a better season and has more natural ability and scope to improve over his career, but Jake has been able to eek out a handy career using what he has got.

Lionel, have a think about what you're going to write before you take up kb on the Bigfooty server. Blokes like Armfield, Hampson, Thornton and McLean are no better than King and get games most weeks for your scummy mob.
