Pavlich re-signing!

Does it seem apparent to you that Pav signed on with Freo because he didn't want to go to Port in the first place, but more wanted to go to Adelaide, but while the Crows were more interested in Carey, decided to re-sign!
If it's true, I don't blame him for not wanting to play for Port!

Just a thought, what do u think?

for gods sake mate....do you ever stop talking about Port?? Are you sure youre not a closet Port supporter?? 4 out of every 5 posts you do is about Port or Port supporters - even on the Crows board!!!!!

Considering the Crows hadnt shown any interest in him for about 4 months and the fact he was willing to put off signing for so long (until last week) - it shows he was considering the move. If he didnt want to go to Port at all ever then he would of signed 4 months ago.
In the end i dont think it would of mattered if the Crows chased him too...he still would of re-signed with Freo.

As for Pavlich, I never wanted him playing for the Crows anyway. I don't think he's as good as what people make him out to be and think there are far better players out there that Adelaide could have signed.

I also think that Port have a lot of good players coming through that will make Pavlich look second rate.

Mate, people like this are really quite boring. I don't mind genuine Adelaide supporters, but people like this have obvious priorities, and that is priority#1- Port lose, priority#2 Crows win.

#1 priority - Crows win & finish in front of Port. Nothing else matters!

This is the theory. Carey plays for the Crows for two years with a possible third at which time Pavlich comes out of his contract with the Dockers. He, having given the Dockers 6 years service then decides he wants to come back home and they arrange a trade with Adelaide. Hey Presto, a Crow at 23 yo. Its a simple done deal.

And contrary to the media crap by Rucci (god this bloke gives me the ****s, must be a Port supporter) he DOES NOT want to play for Port.

Sounds good to me. Best to wait until Pav is reaching his prime.

Surely it would have to be "crows win and win premiership". Just finishing in front of Port gives you nothing. You've won 2 premierships - I thought you would know what it's really all about by now.
