Can someone who watches junior football please tell us where JHF rates in the best 10 picks of the last 5 years or so....I presume he would be in there!

Power, Strength and aggression. He's an offensive weapon and does the defensive side of things at an elite level. Played most of his time in the forward half with stints in the guts, half back and the wing.

The kid is the ultimate prototype footballer. He is everything Matt Rendell described him.

I'll let anyone who gets to watch it describe what they see.

I've had the same thing told to me but earlier in the year when it looked it he might be heading our way.

History books, watching videos, etc.

I also heard this precisely which is why I was so adamant at the start of this thread it has only been JHF.

Pretty favourably overall, I tend to overrate KPPs so he's not quite my favourite but probs the best midfielder

LDU is going to go ballistic in ‘22.

This assumes that Jy doesn't get better. I honestly can't see a time when Jy's not a top 2 mid for us over the next ~8 years. He's that good.

I think we'll have a midfield that has different players dominate at different times and its very hard to seperate who actually is the best.

Grain of salt but just perusing the tigers draft board and an in the know type mentioned some boring tigers crap and then said they had a North contact that said JHF has been researching North history and players etc and we are extremely happy with his attitude.

There might be a reason for that statistical discrepancy given that Jy's fourth year was in 2020, shortened quarters and all. Adjusted for proper quarter length, I'm not sure there would be a single statistic where LDU would be ahead of Jy in their respective fourth seasons.
