I can actually see Palmer lasting to pick 6.
I have a strong feeling Cotchin will be heading to the tiges which wacks some things out of context. From what I have been told West Coast are likely to pass on Morton for possibly Masten which makes Morton available to Melbourne. Melbourne will take Morton at #4 allowing Palmer through, so he passes by the danger club.
Some feel as though the dogs are certain to attack the KPP/Ruck stocks an providing thats the case Essendon will have a choice of Myers/Palmer/Ebert
There are pros in all of them.

Its all speculative stuff. Saturday will be really interesting.

Ebert sort of reminds me of Voss.

Probably why he likes him so much...

I'm not really sure who I'd compare him to, he seems so much taller than most guys of his kind. It's only a few centimetres, but he plays taller than he is.

My big fear with Ebert is his strong links to Port Power. I just dont know if you would be able to keep him for the long haul.

I just don't think he's that kind of kid.

He's one of the most natural leaders I've ever seen in junior football and, in all interviews I've seen, he just seems very level headed. Those type of guys tend to settle quicker and once guys are settled, it's unlikely that they'll leave.

Given he barracks for Essendon, I don't think the links with Port are overly strong anyway.
