Isnt there a story that the water department has a better ratings guide based on this?In New York City, the sewer system temporarily stopped working during the finale of MASH as so many people were watching it they all went to the toilet at the same time (ad break) and therefore tried flushing at the same time.

Probably won't make a dent in the grand scheme of things. Breaking Bad was pretty big and got 10m. Game of Thrones will do bigger, but doubt it gets anywhere near the top.I'm just guessing game of thrones will be pretty big.
The first time? Really?ITT.
Seeing a Brahman for the first time and thinking it's a weird looking bit of cattle.
Most torrented finale ever.I'm just guessing game of thrones will be pretty big.
FWIW best ever Finale, EVER- Six Feet Under. There is no contest really.
Yes, can't think of a better one than this.Blackadder says hi
Pretty sure in the UK power companies had to make sure there was enough juice during add breaks of Neighbours as everyone rushed to turn on the kettleIn New York City, the sewer system temporarily stopped working during the finale of MASH as so many people were watching it they all went to the toilet at the same time (ad break) and therefore tried flushing at the same time.

The hug was ad-libbed as well. The M*A*S*H finale (Goodbye, Farewell, Amen) is by far the best ever. Maintains the key themes of the show (medical unit in the army, portrayed as a dramedy) while effectively wrapping things up and sending off the characters. And who could forget this famous scene?
