Problem with Bigfooty?

Has anyone else noticed that the home page of bigfooty.com hasn't changed in about a week?

Or is it just my computer screwing up? Bluey, any ideas?

I have noticed this as well. Bigfooty live has been the same for a while.

Big Problem

Why when i click on new thread, or reply to a thread does it take like 5 minutes to load up the page to post the new message. Is anyone else having the same problem?

yup yup yup thats happeneing to me too.

For some reason if your using internet explorer, and if you open a new window, then the reply screen shows up straight away, but in the original window it still takes 6 or 7 minutes to show up

very strange

so im forever opening and closing new and old windows to make it quicker

Yeah, there seems to be a lot of problems on Bigfooty lately. Just last week i couldn't post any messages, apparently i hadn't confirmed my account?!? Despite already posting for over 7 months.

Sometimes when I post a message, this screen comes up with all this crap which looks like hmtl, and I have to go back and re-submit the post.

yeah i have had that too.. weird, when i click submit reply, it come sup with about 10 lines of crap... then click back, and re submit it, and its fine!!

also, i cant get in chat.. it says im not logged in... but i can post, so i am definately logged in!!

I've found a workaround for the slow loading of reply screens.

Click reply, let it fall over (give it about four seconds).

Press your back button. It goes back to previous screen.

Press your forward button. Screen comes up fine.

Hope this helps until the problem is fixed.

Has anyone eMailed or PMed Bluey about the issue?

Hate to spoil the party, but my chat hasn't worked since BigFooty made the changes a month or so ago. When I click on the chatlink, I just get a blank screen - anyone else have this problem?

click on post reply
then goto FILE/NEW-->WINDOW

and it works

Now there's another problem. When i go to post a message pops up that there's a "technical problem" and I should contact the staff. Despite this the message gets posted.

Also, on the forums the "last message" and "replies" columns do not refresh. For example, the last message posted on the eagles forum is a message by eagleskickass, despite there being half a dozen other postings since.
