To use an allegory, if say YouTube went this way (a random choice I know), would we only be able to see someone’s music video if the person was logged in to YouTube and the listener was too?

On Windows desktop, you can just download your entire imgur content to a zip file, rather than worry about picking and choosing what to preserve.

How did you guys do this? And don't say "go to account settings and click 'download all images' because I've already done that three times. It appears this only works for images that aren't 'hidden', though I don't know why anyone would have bothered publicly showing their images on Imgur anyway.Legend, you've saved me hours.

Long story short, I don't seem to have the option to download my images nor can I find a workaround to 'share' them so I can download them.

Yeah weird.
Just had another crack from my end and yeah, it's just bringing up a blank zip archive that doesn't do anything, you got the same thing happening to you? Didn't have that issue when I did it, it just downloaded as per usual from the web browser.
Still should be within time to get it done based on the above too.
Question. Have you tried going to account settings and clicking 'download all images'??

No idea how to use gallery-dl but this sounds like maybe your best bet Baz.

Got it working now. I did nothing different. Imgur just needed a moment apparently.
