i am pretty sure i heard this before the game against freo, must i quote "punt rd oval is the hardest training track in the afl" Andrew d!ickhead Demetrio.
this is caused must i remember the afl put up all these pavilions on the oval on grand final week which meant they couldn't water the grass. this meant all the grass died and the oval had to be ripped up. next time mr big shot CEO think what you did to cause it.

ps. did any one else hear about this before the game on SEN?

At least we now get to train on the MCG for the next 5 years while punt road is redevoloped. The biggest issue for punt road oval is the cricket club not the tents but we need it as our spiritual home.

He did it to give us the MCG training facility without all the other clubs saying why dont we get to train on the MCG?

As a side note and a personal want:
If I had my way the club would be developed into a big after game pokie and drinking facility for all to attend after every game, this would further sure up our ability to be not reliant on football to generate or income.

true, but there is a schedule that we have to share the mcg with other clubs training there.

keep dreaming we are getting JS from the G. They have stated that no teams will train on the ground under any circumstances. The end...off to Wantirna we go. ;)

man, the ones that have to pick their act up are the brains behind the business at the tigers. I mean how much of a ____ing novice can you be?

How the hell can they make a deal that doesnt include repairs to the ground is completely amateur. Who the ____ is making these deals FFS. ;)

No pokies, please. Those stupid things should be banned.

to right...just turn it into a stockmarket and everyone will look at it as "investing". ;)
LOL,LOL like the sarcasm but thats the truth like em or not pokies can generate income for the club and you cant say the club couldnt do with the cashIMHo ,the club needs money pumped into player development.Topline training facilites, ect cost big bucks bring on the pokies.
