Yeronga missing 6-7 players yesterday and still pummelling Jindalee. I think they will be right at the pointy end at the end of the season
That old chestnut. Is anyone ever full strength these days

If your talking about the bye beers. That old chestnut. Is anyone ever full strength these days
Out of interest how did Wags go?
Magnificent. Great football family - wouldn't expect anything less. Was damaging with ball in hand obviously but thought our bloke did a reasonable job on him. Probably had 30-35 touches at a guess.
Copped a heavy knock in a big one on one at the footy and he didn’t appear to moving to well after the game.
Came over for a beer afterwards and is a great get for this competition.

I’ve grown wise in my old days. Mid strength for meIf your talking about the bye beers.
Yes they were full strength.
I guess teams can only win. But with respect, they have played two teams tipped to be cellar dwellers. Some sides can be just flat track bullies, and I still feel the gap between top and bottom is enormous.
I will personally reserve judgement until they play a truer test such as Hinterland, MB, Alex or Wynnum. They have Pine next week in Strathpine which will be a solid test for them.
On a side note, looking at results, it looks like Redcliffe really served it up to Hinterland. Not hitting out at Redcliffe, but did Hinterland have outs?

Weren't you just talking up Jindalee last week?
I quoted "And Jindalee looked like they were the surprise packet this round beating Park Ridge in a high scoring match."
Not sure that is talking a side up. Just acknowledging they won a game they perhaps weren't expected to.
Good review of my posts though. Really did your research on that one.
Go click on the player profiles and see where they played last week. Instead of sitting here nitpicking all my posts.
Based on the form line of Park Ridge (no disrespect) - given they have 14 out at the moment - they haven't been super strong. I would certainly agree my tipping was wrong regarding Jindalee, but post game analysis of results regarding Jindalee I don't think is far off the mark. You literally tipped Yeronga by 6 points, clearly showing that you rated Jindalee's chances. Win by 100 - 'oh they're meant to be cellar dwellers'. You talk so much dribble that you contradict yourself at every turn

I just do my best to add a bit to the forum and try to be objective as possible - so in the future I will do better to not contradict myself for analysing results as they are.
I really appreciate you nit-picking my posts to ensure what I write is sensical.

Top comment was for Box....same person perhaps ??!
If you are calling out my first comment, which pertained to Yeronga having 7 out which Box scoffed at - you are further contradicting yourself taking Park Ridge's outs as fact.
My ONLY issue with you, 7th Ranger, is that you seem to have this bias against Yeronga and Kenmore in particular, and you have contradicted yourself a number of times (ie complaining that Kenmore are here to 'win a flag' and should be made to play in Div 1 and yet in the same breath calling them a bottom 4 side).
You seem to be taking a stance as some sort of expert, which is fine, you seem to know your stuff, but me thinks you should just watch what you say. It looks silly

This point refers to the fact that Jindalee beat Park Ridge, then it was acknowledged that Park Ridge had a number of outs. I had tipped Park Ridge to be a decent side, but Jindalee obviously beat them. Then Jindalee went under by a huge margin to Yeronga. I would concede my original prediction about where Park Ridge sit is wrong - but double down on the fact that until Yeronga will face a true test against higher quality opposition.

I don't have a bias against either side.

These comments reflect my dissatisfaction as to why south side teams play in a north side comp. My comments pertaining to the south v north flag winners was sarcasm - and I feel it was taken by others in that same vein. I feel all south side teams should play in the south comp, and they copped the brunt of that argument.

I am certainly no expert, so I am flattered to think that you believe I have self labelled myself as that. I feel I generally give a justification for comments and perhaps some things have been taken out of context.
Cheers for letting me know I look silly. And thank you for your authoritative comment suggesting I should watch what I say. I will just continue to post, and you can feel free to reply in any way shape or form.
I can only assume Hinterland had a reasonable side in considering they used all 45 points.
sh*t people criticising posts on bigfooty. Looking forward to next week's wrap.

You certainly haven't curtailed my commentary. But I will do my best to ensure it is not perceived to be biased.I was probably a bit hard on him. Rough Monday at work. Just want fair commentary is all
At least I put in a paragraph. After hearing some of Buckys pregame and halftime talks I reckon he is quite the wordsmith
