Moorooka vs Redcliffe? Anyone at Moorooka keen to add some insight?
Hard fought game in both seniors and reserves. Both games played very hard with both wins going to Moorooka by 4 points. Looks like a great win by the ressies. Beating last years premiers. Big turn around from the tough times last year.

Well if they are on the piss friday and vomiting on the field Saturdays.
I would assume that correlates.
I’m tipping Ipswich to get smashed for the second week in a row no ticker these boys and as I’ve said the coach has no idea that was proven last week when they had no comeback to the Vikings maybe the committee will now see they actually do need a new coach who actually knows something and finally get rid of mansell and I dare say that would be the end of his coaching career no other club in their right mind would touch him. And as for the players they have braught In they are just wannabes and I’m excited to see how far they slide down the ladder this year.

And for my boys at the pen keep reaching for the stars we are killing it and will definitely be top 3 and back where we belong.

Haha, I have absolutely nothing to do with this competition, I just come here to read your comments. Very entertaining.

Jeez that’s a lot of big calls there. Felt we were on top of them most of the game through the midfield. Just lacked conversion up forward with our FF missing. Understand they had their best player out also. Had quite a few of our ressies having to double up for the seniors. Hard fought and they were better today but I liked what I saw from the boys today feel we’re turning a new leaf only three of our best 22 missing (classic case we get back the three we’ve needed all year only for three others to miss) frustrating not being able to get the best 22 on the paddock but that’s local footy for ya. Ipswich were fantastic competition and had quite a bit of heart to hang on late.

From all reports a great effort by the Gympie boys who were severely undermanned and with several blokes playing two games.Losing mick gaffa back to Noosa wouldn’t have helped and having little gunny away doesn’t help
either. But I know there coa h was super proud of the efforts.Gympie have played all the top four sides so a win or two won’t be far away.As for the troublemakers I’m hearing one has already issued with an open clearance and another one will be this week.Good people make good footy clubs!

What was the reason for Gaff heading back to Noosa? Patty Harris following him back?

Gaffs a Noosa boy did all the pre season with us and just missed the boys he has grown up playing footy and socialising with.Have heard nothing regarding Patty!

Possibly realised that his opportunity of playing in a premiership with Noosa 2's as well vs slugging it out with Gympie all year? Damn hard getting a team up and about in a new comp.

The only game with any bite this week is kedron and wynumm.
Kedron will be hoping their key forward Nick gets at least half of last weeks total.
The redlegs will need to start winning games against teams above them on the ladder.
Wynumm seem to be travelling along quite nicely.
Ressies going well always helps with internal competition for spots.
It looks like they have set up a positive structure within the group.
I'm hoping the redlegs get up.

Kedron won’t even come close, let’s be real here

A bit biased mate. Kedron haven’t played anyone good apart from MB. And maybe moorooka. But still. I’m predicting wynumm by 7-10 goals

Mate of course I'm biais.
But I did say they need to win games against teams above them on the ladder.
They have only played one decent side and didn't get the chocolates.
This week will be a real test and I'm hoping they are up for the challenge.
But you could be right.
Will know where that at 5pm Saturday.

You’re also forgetting Kedrons captain coach is out for a long period and also missing one of their key midfielders for the year due to work. Wynnum should win in a canter but I’d still suspect Kedron will be thereabouts at the pointy end of the season.

Correct me if I'm wrong but haven't wynumm only played Ipswich as the highest on the ladder.
So we could say that this weekend is the highest ladder opposition they have faced also.
Just putting it out there.

Spot on!!!

Here we go again talking about who’s out, always someone on here talking about who’s out who’s in, how about having faith in the guys who are selected instead of worrying who isn’t playing

Bears a bit of significance when its Daniel Duffield who has won multiple league medals and probably the best player in this comp....no different if your mob lost Brick for a long period of time.
