It's at the club tomorrow night. We'll get the main speeches up for the website on Friday.
Club should have included a rumble in the jungle clause in their contracts.

Me too, saw it being edited the other day - some different challenges this year.
Richo was o/s for the filming done so far, so I think it was shared.

As an Essendon supporter here on BF i'm jealous of you guys and the interaction you have between your club and BF members. Congrats on a great initiative and kudos to you RFC Official for making yourself available.
Any suggestions how we can go about getting someone from our club involved in something like this ? Is is best to contact the club via email, phone or do you need an insider who can steer people in the right direction ?

I think the club would be a bit tentative about doing such a thing at the moment with the whole ASADA situation.
With all due respect, if things don't go the Essendon way on the 31st imagine what the poor lad on the other side would have to deal with, and on top of that the club probably wont have the time or worry to keep an eye on it.
I know Doss pretty well and he said your club person would drop in once a year and that was pre-ASADA so I'd say if things go well chase it up a month or so after when the heat has died off because if I was in charge I would certainly not put the club in a position to be shot down via an online forum.

RFC_Official just on this discussion, with the common issues the club it peeps face (ie bigpond, afl restrictions, old school attitudes to new media), do the clubs discuss issues and approaches with each other?
Not sure if you heard of it, but one of the best online things the club did IMO was a joint preseason webcast of a praccy match at punt road against the Dons. There were a few tech issues, but it was a really good joint arrangement. Lots of pre game online banter between the two clubs, but on the day you had a great vibe both at the ground and online with both supporter bases enjoying a bit of old school footy
