Why do it with mum?

Get a fit af friend to do it.. but then suppose you'd have to split the prizemoney that'd be a downer.
They always have a parent/child team - so a good way of getting onto the show

I think there has been 1 winner in US Amazing Race history that was over age 50. Old people are at a disadvantage.
Correct, but very hurtful to be reminded. ;)

Yes, Dave O'Leary is the only "elderly" winner. He was 59 when he and his son, Connor, won Season 24 All-Stars in 2014. I was glad they got a second chance since they had to withdraw during Season 22 because of Dave's leg injury.

She is obsessed with the show and has always wanted to be on it.
I'm her best option as a partner because she thinks dad would be useless at it.
Plus mum and son teams seem in short supply so chances of getting on should increase.
Got the cancer card to play if need be as well
If her health is no good then maybe they would like a team of 2 people who have only conversed on a AFL based forum

What should i do in the video?
Just be yourself. I'm sure your affable personality will win them over. Just cut down on the naughty words a bit, if you can, especially don't tell them that they can all get fked if they don't choose you.
