Does anyone know when teams have to finalise their playing lists for the season?

Also if anyone knows somehwere with a complete list of all the rookie listed players that would be handy as it is not obvious from hte dreamteam website.

Ive managed to get 16 premiums into my team, by forgoing the expensive cash cows like Swallow (160k), Otten (142k), Prestia (124k), etc and just filling my bench with $97k cash cows. My plan is that with 24 trades, whatever 97k cash cows dont look like being best 22 by the end of round 2, ill trade them out for any surprise $97k cash cows that bob up.

i think Conca might be worth it. Im guessing Wallis wont get a game straight up and will be a good downgrade cash cow from round 6 onwards. I wouldnt be taking Polec for reasons that Brisbane are really going to suck the big one this season and even their mature age players will struggle to get their hands on the ball let alone a 1st year player.

Certainly consider Conca, but why wouldnt you just pick Swallow ahead of him. I guess a case could be Swallow has 2 byes before Concas first IIRC.

Conca had 16 posses in the first half against a hawks team who was quite strong, that is a great sign. Hes ready made and will suit AFL.

My Dream Team is called "The Left Footers".

Does anybody know if there is an official list of the 2011 left footers in the competition now. This would really help me to put my team together.
They do not have this stat on the players lists on the AFL club websites.
My team is coming along well, but I am really struggling with finding 4 left footed ruckman. And also left footers who are not as well unknown and do not cost as much.

Goldstein, Jamar and Hudson are all left footed ruckman. There's probably others as well but these are the one I can think of off the top of my head.

I have managed to work in 16 premiums as well. I still have Krakour, Heppell, Otten, Prestia and Zac Smith.

I have Higgins and Grimes as my lowest valued premos (by a long way) and Bartel being my lowest midfield keeper.

Can you move your leagues around?

So if you are in 5 leagues, can you move them around so say:
League 1 - highest cash league
League 2 - second highest cash league
etc

Basically move your leagues around so Leagues 1-5 are in most important to least important?

It worked mate...pretty quick and simple. Maybe next year though they will make it a little bit more practical.

No problem, it would be nice if they made it like the internet tabs where you can move them around but that is probably a few years away from happening.

Last year there was a search filter in the rankings section, currently there isn't one for this year, does anyone know if it will return? It was a very handy feature at times last year (used it to check the other teams above me in the Victoria school comp (although by doing that it probably lost me points by trying to do things differently to their side)).

Forgive my ignorance if this is a known fact, but in round 1 is it possible to make Duigan the emergency and play D.Stanley and if Duigan scores shit sub out Stanley during the partial lockout and put in eg Lower?

1. Make Gibbs (or any other Carlton/Richmond player) your vice captain.
2. If Gibbs gets a good score, put the C on a GC player (or another player who won't play round 1) and put an emergency on the bench that will come in for them. eg. put the C on Matera, move Richardson to the bench - and put the E on him
3. If Gibbs gets a crap score, put the C on someone who will play, eg Swan

Easier to put C on Swan. Trade swan out. Trade swan back in. Leaving only a vice selected. Then if vice sucks click the C on Swan.
