I don’t mind it now and then to ease him in is first year. But every week is just frustrating for supporters especially who want to see him free of shackles
Also good tactical nous to change the sub now and then. But we seem to pick Berry or Draper, or the last man in, every week

Its poor management on a few levels
By playing as sub his fitness is compromised - sure its what you want as a 1st year player to be eased into games but there is also a need to get '' match fit '' which only comes from running a full game for a few weeks
If he tires then sub him out but to start?
It also locks you into who you can sub off - Tex isnt coming off for Draper in any planned switch. A tall will only come off for an injury swap

Not sure when people will abandon the Neil Craig philosophy that has seen us 30 years without a flag and actually bank games into juniors over fringe players.
We should not be keeping Draper as a sub, stupid thinking once again by a failure as a coach.

We should be able to beat Sydney with Draper running a full game
