Wouldn't really expect the king of Farkwitville to share. But what particularly peeves you?

The sharing, grabbing of key ingredients
Like the prawn dish at the Chinese banquet. Gotcha. Greed really is a very bad character flaw

So what you having with your rogan josh GTG?
I'm having curry tonight too - chicken Madras - made last night but didn't get to eat it. Mine's just made with a shop bought paste, but pretty tasty nonetheless.

I've set out a few little bowls of bits - yoghurt, tomato/cucumber/chilli/mint & mango chutney with a shop bought naan. Had to go the easy route due to being on call....until tonight...

Yay, it's Friday!!!...

...oh, hang on, it's just my Friday
Haha. It's Friday somewhere right??

I had Daal & some steamed greens.

The meat was so tender I could eat it with a spoon... the meat literally melted in my mouth. I freakin nailed it.

That pic, at first glance, nearly made me break out into a rendition of, "Mister Hanky the Christmas Poo...."
But then I had a close look and it looks absolutely glorious! Well done you :)

Edit: Well actually I did start singing

Been cooking up the prawn heads and crayfish frames from Christmas lunch for a tom yum soup which I'll finish off tomorrow.

My little house STINKS!!! Lucky I don't have a hangover!

I wish duck was more accesible/cheaper. Nothing nice than a nice duck breast!
$14 in Aldi
Cut the breasts and legs off
render and keep the fat from the breasts and by roasting the carcass
Confit the legs in the fat
Make stock from the carcass and a soup
Keep the fat in the freezer for roast potatoes.
its pretty cheap few meals

So, this chick cooks to relax and I broke in my new (budget-priced) stove tonight. Knocked off work at 8pm and by 9 had a batch of these white chocolate and raspberry blondies out of the oven. Still too warm to taste but I think they may be edible. That said, they're destined to be shared amongst my brothers - and those fellas will eat anything!

Oh yeah. Scraps, a few pickled things, vegies and herbs from my garden and haloumi expiring next week and I've rustled up a half decent dinner!
