One of the challenges is something to do with helping a director/producer or something and you join up with him later so I assume there would be more in the place hes developing them

Now, dumb question, how do you get the deadeye working every time? I though you had to strafe sideways, but it's hit n miss.

ok, I'm about to throw my controller through the tv. I have looked at every ****ing boulder near by for the first treasure!! Is it far from the big boulders? I've aligned the tree to the left of the big rocks and working back from there, but **** me dead, I can't find it

Dude its in between the massive boulders right next to the tree, but you can only access the cleft from the opposite side to the tree.

If all else fails i'm sure its probably on youtube already

Nah nothing like that, having to strafe or anything.

You just need to make sure you hold the aim in (left trigger on xbawx) while hitting dead eye (click in right stick). It'll work no matter what, but keep that left trigger pulled all the time. Letting go will drop you out of it, just like it does when lassoing

As you go up in level you'll start being able to do cooler stuff, like paint targets before shooting

Am I the only one that barely uses that Dead Eye thing? I used it when being taught how to, but haven't since and have now even forgotten how to trigger it. Just realised whilst typing this that the red bar is actually the Dead Eye meter and not a hp bar! No wonder I thought it was faulty...
Anyway, is there any use for all the stuff you collect from animals or should I just sell it all?

I just sell it all, when your honour/fame goes up you get a better return when selling items. Hunting wolves is a handy way to get extra cash.

So, I basically spent the first three hours of this game running around. Did some missions with Bonnie, then went and took some ****er down by shooting him in the legs. Got a bounty on my head by accidently killing somebody near a town.

I then spent the next hour trying to get a ringer in a game of horsehoes.

Yes, if you don't play the games or may get it out once every three years, this game has ALOT of replay value i think.

Beat it today, very good game, excellent game actually, top three games ive ever played i think, well top five, damn good list though.

Yes, i have only dabbled in the multi-player, but will give that a real crack now.

Just offline it has quite a bit of replay value but combine that with online, with a few friends, is a whole new game.

For this reason I find it annoying to use Dead Eye, just tried it out then and because you have to push in right stick and aim with it at the same time, I'm not good at it.
When do the duels start? I just did the Marshall mission where the bandits had been going around raping and pillaging ending up at the Ridgewood ranch.
