I got a code with the game @ JB.

Looks a bit of a bad ass and dead eye recovers 2ce as fast.

Screw this unlockable crap, free up all the shit.

ahh... that's where I remember it from, the pre-order.

Do you remember how to start doing tasks for "unknown outfits", or does anyone else?

I seem to recall getting fragments of cloth? It might just be that I'm still in Mexico, nearly up to the Great Plains though

Yeah i'm just completing all the stuff to do for outfits now actually. Just unlocked the Tall Trees area, so i've done a little bit of the game (62% in) but still have a good 4 or 5 outfits to unlock or recognize. But dunno how to get them to show up so i can do the challenges for them.

Well two of them aren't revealed until you finish the game, and another isn't revealed until you have about 10 missions to go before finishing the game. There's also another that is revealed before finishing the game, but can't be unlocked until after finishing the game.

Then of course there's the Legend of the West outfit, which is revealed once you finish all the ambient challenges.

And for those still in Mexico, there's three outfits to obtain there.

Yeah I been kicking around in the Bandito's sombrero outfit, or whatever it's called, but how again to you reveal the outfits again? Is it finding the bits of cloth? If there's 2 revealed after the game, I probably have revealed most of them I guess

I think once you stumble across one of the missions to unlock the outfits it will then show up in the menu. Until then it will remain hidden.

Best In-Game Quote?? My fave has to be....

Ending Spoilers

I have never wanted to kill another fictional character more than that prick Ross. I think I aimed at his face 6 times in that final duel

I was surprised at my reaction to the final events because generally I don't give a shit about video game characters or stories but this one did get to me a little.

Rockstar have created a masterpiece. Gameplay, story, graphics, music, voice acting- everything was near perfect. I'm not sure we'll see a better game this gen

Just bought the game and through it in for an hour or 5. Spent a fair amount of time just walking around doing jack shit and really enjoyed it.

Great game so far. What are people being; hero or villian? I have killed about 10 people by accident so have lost 500 "honour." Don't think I've even gained any honour yet. advantages of both?

Wow, didn't know that Hawk Feather were worth $6. There were heaps of them flying around.

The more honour you gain the better people treat you. You can sell things for more and they let you away with things a bit and people will ask you to help them find stuff or recover lost wagons.

Less honour means that the townfolk will not like you but the crims of the land will come up to you with schemes and robberies for you to join in with.

I'm doing the first run through as good as I can but sometimes I have accidently shot people I shouldn't have (I hate when you see two people shooting at a third and you shoot at the wrong one).

specially when the one you pop is a lawman :o

Random executions in Mehico suck for honor.

Women being bound and wolves surround her....shoot wolves....wanted, $20 bounty, shoot cops, wanted $100 bounty....****.

yeah had the same happen. Not paying the bounty hasn't seemed to have hurt much so far

Had a annoying yet funny moment. Was on my way to get treasure, then i remembered i had to have my kraft dinner. Seriously though, was on a treasure hunt...on the ledge, getting close to falling into the water...then my horse for some reason runs next to me and knocks me in. I'm half dead rolling along the rocks getting moved by the current of the water. Soon as I regain control I try to get myself steadily up even though I thought it was impossible I thought I had a chance. Then, out of nowhere my horse is like "that looks like fun" and decides to fall off the edge and LAND RIGHT ON TOP OF MY HEAD KILLING US BOTH. Lucky it's dead, would've put it down.

Do you even have to pay the bounties? I paid the first few but haven't bothered with the last ones and am yet to get in any trouble.

They'll catch up to you, just you wait. I started a new game last night so I can play as an outlaw character, and once I had accumulated a bounty of about $300 I had bounty hunters coming after me every now and then. In one case they killed me, and I lost all of my money. :(

Am I the only one that has a surplus of money? I've got almost $6k and no real use for it.

I'm in the same boat. Once I had finished the game I had over $7k, and after buying almost everything in the stores I still had over $5k. Now there's practically nothing left for me to buy except consumables.

Tips on money making:

- Cheat at poker. It's incredibly easy and if you use the higher stakes games, can net you a few hundred dollars in 10 minutes.
- Take up bounty missions. Each rewards between $200-$300 if the bounty is captured alive, and the price is doubled if you have high enough honor. At the endgame I was earning $600 per bounty.
- Skin/loot everything. Even if you stumble across a random dead body, loot it. The loot from corpses during a typical story mission can hold $50+ and ammo.
- If you're an outlaw, rob banks & stores. The safe & chests in Armadillo bank will hold a few hundred dollars. Just be sure to either bribe the witness or have a pardon letter ready for the bounty, otherwise you'll lose everything that you just gained.

Do these and you'll soon have more money than you need... which is actually probably a bad thing... :o
