Prime accumulator/endurance beast Andrew Gaff, the super sub. Woosha really had NFI what he was doing with the sub. Not that anyone really did.

Happy that we could pad Gaff's game tally though. I think he's our most likely bet to hit 300, maybe Darling.
Still think he's a thug and he isn't on the main list anyway, big who cares if he beats up on some B-graders.

From memory, Gaff being the sub so much in his first year was where the rumours of Gaff leaving first started...
Because of his sister and Zaharakis.Shuey to Essendon was a rumour that gained some legs after the 2010 season from memory
Think our record with keeping interstate players is pretty good to be honest. Who was the last player to leave for homesickness reasons post-Judd apart from Brad Ebert? Since then we've attracted a fair few players from WA back home, and retained Hurn, Shuey, Gaff etc.
Scott Selwood and Koby Stevens? Not sure if it was due to home sickness issues though
Our retention record has been excellent. Compare us to Adelaide, night & day.Think our record with keeping interstate players is pretty good to be honest. Yeah I’ve heard that had Gold Coast not come into the comp at that time and got all their draft concessions, we would have taken Swallow at 1 and Essendon would have been keen on Gaff over Heppell at 4.I recall the bombres were heavily into gaff when he 1st got drafted and there was a few stories in the papers at the time. Needless to say he dodged a bullet staying with West Coast after his initial contract.

Makes up the numbers for the beagles and works part time as a tackle bag at training.Still think he's a thug and he isn't on the main list anyway, big who cares if he beats up on some B-graders.
I wouldn't be so sure about Hurn.......looks like he will be moving.Think our record with keeping interstate players is pretty good to be honest.
