Shai Bolton just took a knee in the middle of a huddle of Tigers players.

Imagine being traded to another team having played one game for one flagSo Pickett only has a one year deal. If he chooses not to re-sign with Richmond how does it work?
As a rookie can he be traded?
Does he have to enter the AFL draft?
I’m sure he will stay with Richmond but curious how it works if he doesn’t.

Definitely. The only thing that’s hard to take is we were probably the only other ones with a realistic shot, maybe Collingwood too. If we were nowhere near it ala 2017 Bulldogs then the pain would’ve subsided pretty quickly realising we were just shit. This year though we fluffed it at the wrong time after being relatively on track for most of the year, coupled with Richmond getting carried home, just makes you feel flat about the entire competition.Well if 2019 was the price we had to pay for 2018 then that’s fair and I’ll gladly pay it again in 2021 if it means we go 2 from 3 in 2020
For the giants or anyone not a mcg tenant to win today they would have needed to be 5 goal better team. The same advantage we get at Optus they got..... In a GF. It's a farce.Definitely. Even if we won Richmond would have finished 4th and beaten the cats in the first week. Tigers flag this year was inevitable imo. What annoys me is that it was due to our pathetic loss to hawthorn that allowed Richmond to finish third. That should have been us out there today but we blew it big time.
Top 3 worst GFs I’ve ever seen:
1. Richmond v GWS 2019
2. Hawthorn v Fremantle 2013
3. Hawthorn v West Coast 2015
That is my third favourite Grand Final (I was too young to fully recall and appreciate 92 & 94)
and they got over us by 6 points when we were effectively two men downWhat annoys me is that it was due to our pathetic loss to hawthorn that allowed Richmond to finish third. That should have been us out there today but we blew it big time.
I still think at our best we're better.
We just cant play 4 qtrs.
Thats the difference

I would have backed us to have beaten Brisbane in the first week. They were totally overwhelmed in their first final for such a long time. Then it would have been a home prelim...win. Then into the gf and who knows what would have happened then?Even if we won Richmond would have finished 4th and beaten the cats in the first week. Tigers flag this year was inevitable imo.
