Like it but,
If Treloar needs any help getting over his pain at being kicked out of the Pies, at least he can take solace in being such a massive part of the GOAT play that ended Collingwood's premiership hopes in 2018.
He will always be a WCE legend. Love ya Ads!

It’d be hard to renew the membership as a pies supporter if you watched that vidHow classic is Guy saying with a straight face "we wanted to strengthen our list via the draft"...dump 3 known to be good players to take a punt with the hit and miss that is the draft!!
Who is Ned guy?
Swear never heard of him till this debacle.
Remember the days when we thought Vozzo was crazy and didn't know anything.
Man, the goddamn Geelong board are killing me. Apparently the TK scenario and the Cameron trade weren’t equivalent because:
.... What a bunch of massive campaigners.
My adviceMan, the goddamn Geelong board are killing me. Apparently the TK scenario and the Cameron trade weren’t equivalent because:
* Cameron could’ve been free in 12 months. As if that has any bearing on the situation.
* Cameron only kicked 17 goals this year, despite the fact he had a career best year only last season.
* TK came off an AA year and finished second in their BnF, while that isn’t the case for Cameron. This is despite the fact that Cameron has a Coleman, 2 AA jackets, a BnF, is an 8x leading goalkicker for GWS, and is a gun key forward.
* Geelong held “all the power“ because TK only played for 2 years, despite the fact that means they were effectively treating him as a piece of meat to be moved around for profit.
* Because Cameron is an RFA, that means anything above the compensation one gets for him is a bonus, despite the fact GWS literally matched the bid, which means how it should be doesn’t matter anymore.
* Cameron will be 28 at the start of next year, while TK was only 25 at the start of 2020, despite the fact TK turned 26 during this season and will be 27 by August next year, while Cameron, a KPF, is just starting to entire his prime in his late 20s.
* The PD trade is actually equivalent because he was a free agent, despite the fact Geelong massively underpaid for Danger, Adelaide didn‘t match, and the point I’m making is that it’s hypocritical for their posters to say that GWS are being unreasonable when they asked the world for Kelly. It’s specific to the comparison I’m making, so it isn’t fair to say that I‘m drawing a loose connection here. The TK trade only happened last ******* year, and the one they did with JC included a pick we gave them.
Also, because they downgraded their pick at 33 to 37, and gave us two picks in the 50s back, that “cancels out” the additional second we gave them, for some reason.
And because I let slip something that might be considered “baiting“ (saying they treated TK like an animal), their posters hyper focused on it for nearly 3 pages, and yet they blame me for only focusing on Kelly. And then when I finally get to a point where I’m actually discussing how it relates to Cameron, as my original post was trying to do, beyond all of them telling me to fu** off and whatnot, their mod says the trades aren’t “equivalent“ because she says so, pretty much.
I also, myself, literally removed the sentence from the original post and asked permission to elaborate on it since they were all focusing on it pretty exclusively, and then didn‘t actually expand on it, because it seemed they were now actually responding to my post, and then I got banned.
I’ve been debating in my mind whether I should actually talk about this, but it just really ******* pisses me off how blind they are to their own bullshit. What a bunch of massive campaigners.

Man, the goddamn Geelong board
Why didn't they try and offload Grundy to get Cameron?
Like I know Grundy is a gun player, but Collingwood have been crying out for a ready made FF for years. Pop Cameron next to DeGoey and Stephenson/Elliot and you've got a quality forward line, or send DeGoey into the middle along with Pendles, Sidebottom, Adams, and Treloar and you'd essentially be carpet bombing your forward line. fu** Cox off from his $650K per year and you're sorted?
With a midfield like that you can shark taps for days, even pinch someone like Goldstein for a year or two as a stop gap while you build another ruck up.
And all of this ready to go before you even hit the draft, or raid your academy.
I mean it's all very easy for me to say from behind a computer (with a cinnamon bun and a cup of tea in front of me) but surely giving away Phillips, Treloar and Stephenson for absolute ******* peanuts can't have been a better option...
I bet Treloar was filing up his glass of red from a bottle in kept in the car. Probably bought Jatz instead of Ritz too. Some things can never be forgivenFrom what I've heard Buckley invited the fire-sale 3 to his BBQ and they didn't bring a plate or even their own booze. After that the writing was on the whiteboard.

Probably stuck between a rock and a hard place with that one. Any support for Treloar means badmouthing Buckley and they still have to go back to preseason with him.Any social media support at all for Treloar from pies team mates?
Maybe, seems the players union are very quiet as well.Probably stuck between a rock and a hard place with that one. Any support for Treloar means badmouthing Buckley and they still have to go back to preseason with him.
