Good article in the Age from the weekend with Roosy talking abouthow happy he is with the recruits and Trade Week. Goes through the thought process of taking them and that kind of stuff.

But i reckon importantly, he says that McGlynn and Kennedy arriving will allow Jack to play Forward/HF which is fantastic to hear!

No way. Jack could be a very damaging small forward. He knows where the goals are, and if we're going to be playing a forward line of Goodes, White and Bradshaw, we need a small forward. Jack should definitely be able to play that role.

Im sure he would be, but he just seems like a natural hardman midfielder who we hope can take the next step in his career once Kirk retires. playing him up forward is just a waste when there are so many viable (and better) options...

I'd rather Moore in goals then jack. I know where he knows where the goals are and his given us some beauties but he is a better midfield. His got a flair for it.

So then what's the problem with Jack being labled a forward?

Yh but it was just an example. Pretty bad one tho I'll give you that. Although when he is in form he isn't to bad. Anyway tbf it doesn't really matter cuz of our gameplan every player is every position. But still I'm just imagining Jack as like a forward prospect not a crumber stat which is why I don't like the idea. But Jack on HF doesn't bother me. I just think he is a tough nut and should be at the centre bounces alongside the toughest in the league for
a) his development
b) cuz he is a natural toughnut
c) adds some flair to the workmen mid we have.
