Umps are a scourge on the game and the rules committee have to take a lot of the blame concocting a raft of rules which allow subjective bias to permeate the entire game.
The "below the knee" rule is an invite to match fix as is the current trend of umpires being invited to decide if a player disposed of the ball in a way the individual umpire felt he thought was correct.

I do not give a single rats crap about what any umpire feels or thinks.
