I think it's a little pokerspiv like to say things like "everyone was convinced they would miss". I was just a bit worried after some secondhand (or even third hand) reports, what was Hill going to miss with though?

With Peel playing this week and Clancee/Mora and even Sylvia hopefully pressing their claims this could well be Sheridan's last chance this year.

But some come on here and declare players as "out" with nothing but the feeling in their ring gear to go on. Or. they read some nuffie office boy from the Worst saying that McPharlin didn't train and is under a cloud, even though he is second up from an injury, a senior player and was probably never going to train with the main group anyway.

SOS and Grey didn't play in the wafl yesterday which is a bit unusual for emergencies in a home game. Usually all the emergencies play with one of them having reduced game time.
