It's been a generation of tormenting Carlton :D

Pendlebury equalled KB's record tonight against Cark-Ton as most individual wins against this putrid club, 25 wins.

On another note, I thought their Ex President Luke Sayers flashing his Knob on social media was the most embarrassing thing for the club this year. But these last 3 weeks, possibly 4 next week has easily rivaled it.

Just an absolute pleasure watching us destroy Carlton without a feeling of stress or anxiety. It's a tale of two clubs at the moment with the way we're performing and the way they're in free fall. Nights like tonight have to be savoured by the whole supporter base.

There's a lot of moving parts to explain why the 2025 Collingwood side is a great team, but I think the key backbone to our current success is our defence. On average we're conceding 67.8 points per game which is exceptional. Opposition sides are finding it challenging to score against us. Full credit to all our defenders from Moore, Frampton, Maynard, IQ, Howe, Perryman, J Daicos and Houston.

The MMM brigade kicked 8 between them, so all are doing their job very well at the moment. Great to see Jamie Elliott surpass his season high goal tally to now 41 goals, beating his previous season best of 39 goals from 2023.

The atmosphere was unique tonight. Haven't seen Carlton supporters look this subdued in years. They looked beaten before the ball had even been bounced.

Overall, a perfect way to start the weekend, and we've done the double over Carlton for another season which is always considered a "successful season" :p

How do we fit in tonight's outs?

Dan Houston must be thanking Jeebus he didn’t end up at Carlton

Gary Lyin' and Jason Cunstall were disgraceful on commentary yet again. They cannot hide their contempt for us. Dunno why Whately and Huddo let them talk so much.

I'm paying $25 a month for Kayo, but I think I might just watch the game on the 7+ app next week. I haven't listened to the channel 7 commentary all year, but surely Cornes and Hodge can't be any more biased than them.....right?

I have to say Sullivan was very good tonight
Best game he’s played for us

Love Sullivan. Depth, fringe, but better than that. Love his attitude too. We bring him up from the twos, he does what’s asked of him, and we send him back. Rinse and repeat, depending on injuries and match ups.

It’s tough on him, but the compensation is that he’s at a great club. We are flying at the moment, but where we’re really killing it is with second tier guys like Sullivan.

Great win, but I'm feeling a bit low.
Went and had a look at the Carlton board, you know, to bathe in their tears.
But they seem resigned to their sh...ness.
That's not fun.
They weren't blaming the umpires, they weren't even talking about how fu...ing awesome we are. They were just conceding how s--t they are.
Their supporters have become just as hollow as their players.
I had the popcorn ready and everything.
Feeling a bit let down.
Oh well.

There was no atmosphere at all. The 20 min earlier start caught a lot of people off guard so there was almost no noise when the ball was bounced to start the game.

The first quarter was eerily quiet in terms of crowd involvement. My watch normally alerts me of a noisy environment many times during a game. Last night, I was alerted just once.

By the end of Q3 when Crisp slotted his goal, he turned to the crowd which was a sea of empty white seats of allocated Carlton member seating.
