I don’t like your lot but if you wanted to fix the issues, I’d give David Nobel the ceo role. I’d give him the keys to the place and I’d remove any power the board has and pass down the chain to the football department for a few years…
But honestly it’s never going to play out like that, way to many egos, you just know Hird and Spike are going to make a return with a drunken Sheedy taking over the board.. good times for us.

Destined to continue to be irrelevant if they go down this path. Will make some traditionalist supporters happy though.
Campbell, Dodoro, Sheedy and the new Pres needs to go at the very least. Trucks position is untenable as well unfortunately.
If the only change in the off season is truck leaving of those five mentioned above, they are destined for another decade in the bottom ten.

Agree , like Richmond , had to put up with the complete delusion, aggression and put downs of that supporter group and their supporting media .
I attribute parts of my mental health issues to the way they treated me for many years .
I hope they have yet another summer filled with fake hope and it all tumbles down again after round 5 next year .

I'm actually also banned from the board itself because everything that is being said now, I said here two years ago and seems that everyone is now agreeing. But at the time I was dobbed on for being mean about the football club for the exact same things that are being said now.
