Bombers - penalsed two points for not including outs on their squad submission. The actual squad list was correct. Argued that the penalty didn't fit the offence. Process of deliberation was messed up but the right result achieved
Royals - didn't submit their teamsheet by deadline. Black and white.
Bears - named an ineligible player. Black and white.

Precedence here is the Warriors getting the same penalty in S29 when TIF forgot about DLS and his stupid LG didn't remind him.

What Baz just said. There's a rule, it was broken, there's a punishment.

Anyone in the team can post a teamsheet.

No one took responsibility when the teamsheet wasn't posted by 11.59 pm.

After 2 attempts Baghdad was let off for something just as silly as this.

Update:

The Royals elected to appeal and it went to a committee a vote. It was a near unanimous decision to uphold the charge. Therefore, the week suspension on PMBangers will remain as will the 2 point penalty deducation.

Can see the league legends being happy with this outcome.

It was a good opportunity for a committee stand. It was a one person error and by error I mean innocent accident. Another club will miss finals through this and could have prevented that now.

This situation stinks of PMBangers, a reasonable and responsible member of the community, being pushed in to the appeal by the degenerates surrounding him, who see breaking the leagues laws as a fun game.

During my time in an LG, if no teamsheet had been posted on the day (looking at you Bastyy and Tigerturbulance ) the LG would:

1) tag the shit out of them to do the sheet

2) if no reply by evening, post a team which the capt can override if they log on.

The fact the 6 person LG couldn't be ****ed doing this, is an indictment on them, not PMBangers

THIS is why a club sanction is appropriate. The club failed, not just one individual

Of course. It goes without saying.

I'm not crying foul on the rules and what they stand for, I was equally vocal for the Bombers that we are past teams getting penalised for points. I said it should have been removed then.

NaturalDisaster tried to bring up LG's and their numbers but smashing an entire team for a minority missing something can be very confusing to them. Luckily missing team sheets is a massive rarity but I can see how LG's might not notice it in the days since team sheet submission went to its own thread away from match threads, it's a game function that is now in an administrative thread. The point deduction is probably a relic now as a result.

I'll admit though I may have been wrong about what was reformed the second time the committee went back to vote on the Bombers. I read it as simply not debiting clubs for the lack of clarity provided by their club leaders. It's not like that charge got thrown out altogether and the Bombers captains were absolved, is it? Or is it? I don't even know.
