Sam Mitchell expecting child April 2010

Am I the only one who has missed this news? I couldn't find a thread on it, and was just surprised I hadn't heard of it before stumbling across it on wikipedia:

Mitchell is engaged to Lyndall Degenhardt. They are expecting their first child in April 2010.

LOL... Sam announced it at PCM night... when he was collecting his Medal on stage. Not sure how you missed it.

Thats going to significantly impact his early season form - unless we give him some latex maternity shorts and a stretchy jumper.

Will probably also need to park him in the forward pocket where he can have a nice little sit down and whinge about his aching back.

Lol. Although Hodgey coped alright (except for Rd 17, but that was before the kid was born). Let's hope this birth brings us another premiership and Norm Smith medalist
