For the millionth time : if he didn’t try to hide his holiday, met with experts, didn’t make comments like “they want to be there”, wasn’t dragged to give funding for national aerial support.......

How did he try to hide his holiday? It was constantly in the news from the very beginning.

We already have a national support plan. If it has been changed because of the current bushfires then you know it is going to be done badly because it will be a knee-jerk reaction not a considered action.

But I guess the symbolism will appease many. Not all. Some will have hated him regardless of what he did.
