Yum. But that is really a Sunday brunch for me, 'cept I use my home made baked spicy baked beans. If I have any left over mashed spuds, cabbage and crispy onions I will have bubble and squeak on the side.

I like to put Cajun spice in the baked beans. As far as what day it can often be both days before I do a bit of work around the farm.
Although not much work today. Looks like it will rain so I just drove around on the tractor to survey my kingdom.
