Bad luck boys. I guess the winning streak couldn't last forever. Just shows we still have a lot to do to catch up with the Hawks who appear clear favourites for the title now. That said we played quite well not to lose by much and this could've been a grand final preview, all we need to do now is get through next week. Bounce back Gumbies

Was always going to be a tough game coming up against the run away minor premiers in the Hawks. Was still a close contest though and we never let them get out by to much and when they did we managed to get back into it...Cant question the commitment today.

Well done Hawks, You have set the bench mark all season and well done on the wein - Enjoy your week off.

Gumbies, lets work on this loss and review the game and then work on the areas we struggled in today at training during the week, we finished 2nd remember so we have the double chance. So we are alive for atleast another week so lets keep the heads help up high and start focusing on next week....The winning streak was great but as Perth Swans it had to come to an end eventually, lets focus, train hard and secure a grand final berth for the second season in a row, We will have the home game next week too so the House of Gumby will be rocking like always
