Full credit to the Woods for making a game of it again when they looked gone for all money. But gee, these two sides look pretty ordinary for teams who hope to be slogging it out for a spot in the grannie next week. They both look slow. Whoever wins this will need to take a massive step up to get within several goals of Geelong.

Can someone please explain why Worsfold would take Glass off? If West Coast lose this game it will be because of John Worsfold. He may have coached a premiership, but his coaching sometimes has you scratching your head.

Unless he's injured. No one on this planet will have the slightest clue.

Very very very odd.

:confused::confused::confused:

I can't believe he did that, Rocca has punished him for that decision

Said exactly the same thing when I heard Glass was off.

Ludicrous.

Rotations maybe? must be under the pump without Hansen

And they haven't lost this game, a quarter and the breeze to boot.

Don't mind who we play next week, although i'd like to see 90,000 there next week so Go Pies!

Eagles have the breeze, Glass will be back on, Warsfold will spray the playing group and they'll have the crowd and umpire bias behind them and they are also carrying my hard earned. :)

Spot on. But next week it's a different game.
The pies fought well against the cats last time, and the Eagles might get a couple of players back.
Geelong will be short priced favourites, but anything can happen in a final

wtf are you talking about, the eagles WON the flag last year and nearly won it the year before, they are NOT chokers. :thumbsd:

GO PIES!!!
LMAO have you watched any footy this year? The Eagles, particularly in the past few weeks have been perennial last quarter chokers.

Last week against Port they squandered a 4-goal lead to be overran late in the 3rd quarter, just like tonight. They also were leading Essendon by 44 points at 3 quarter time and we cut the margin back to 3 points. If Scott Lucas kicked a simple goal on the run he would have put us in front (a choke of our own I guess you could say :().

They need to desperately avoid a choke here, and with the breeze they may be able to do that.
