  • 36. Nick LARKIN
  • 23. Jason SANGHA
  • 76. Greg WEST
In: Abbott, Bertus, Hatcher, Holt
Out: Peter NEVILL, Stephen O'KEEFE

Nevill in doubt as his wife is about to give birth to their first child. He is still in Sydney while the rest of the squad has traveled to Tasmania. If the baby doesn't arrive in the next day, Baxter Holt will deputise for him with the gloves with Kurtis Patterson as the captain.

Both Sangha and Edwards scored centuries against Tasmania in Round 3 but neither player has passed 50 in the 6 matches since. Nick Bertus is in line for a debut after good form for the U23s. Sean Abbott still missing with injury.

Good luck to the kid. Can't really see the point of playing Edwards this game with Moises bowling so I suspect he may miss for Bertus or Hatcher

Sorry I stuffed up NSW's squad. Abbott was in for SOK.

Final changes
Abbott, Bertus, and Holt in for Nevill, O'Keefe, and West

Meaning only 3 specialist bowlers for NSW and more reliance on Sangha, Henriques and Edwards

Kingston and Milenko for Pyecroft and Willis

Have a look at Hughes's dismissal. Doolan at second slip drops a sitter but Wade at first slip manages to dive and pluck it just off the ground. Great reflexes.
He can do no wrong.

The bowling selections have been strange in every game since the big bash break really.

375 looks a massive total based on the few clips of the pitch I saw on the news.
Agree , the lack of playing and sticking with SPINNERS. this is across All Tassies men and women's teams
they must play games to improve and put under pressure

I would be looking at getting Short to be the All Rounder. Bowls his left arm wrist spinners and can play as the aggressor.
