very, very unlikely. but in answer to whether the SANFL could remove the board, then that is how they could influence such an outcome.

If ur a TRUE supporter u should be doing everything u can to get there... If people simply cant be bothered, dont complain when our players seem to play like that! If ur not in it for the long haul, find someone else to support!

you could argue that anyone who doesn't attend every match including the away games.

there is a difference between not attending a particular game, or not being able to go at certain times... and stating that you basically never go because you can't be arsed, and that you just don't want to.

As an example, and I think this is over the top, but if you walked into a british pub, and claimed to be a diehard supporter of the local team, but that you could never be bothered going to support them - then you might find some of the lads taking a particular "interest" in your viewpoint.

I have no intention of handing over my hard earned to Port Power. I already subsidise their workless lifestyle when I pay my taxes, isn't that enough.

Doesn't the gate takings go to all AFL teams? - the only monies Port get is from their season tickets / membership etc., isn't it?

As I said, I was never in a position to attend more than a couple of games a year until recently, due to work committments, so it wasn't a factor. Now, I am in a position where I can, but obviously I don't have a ticket, so it's a week by week basis as to whether or not I go.

so you didn't have a choice, but now you do.

it's not that you don't go, but that you see nothing wrong with openly admitting you can't bothered. that's what's odd.

Hell, give us a decent, modern, central stadium, and I'd probably by a season ticket for the Power as well, and go watch most of their games.

I don't wont to add to this boring thread, however i have to put my 2 cents worth in.

What i can not understand is all the hype that is put into how many attend a showdown game or any game at that.

Is there any point to make about crowd attendances, if so what! I would really like to know.

I can see that if you can't beat them on the ground, you may as well have a win on who's crowds are bigger, really.....who gives a toss at the end of the day?

Its like a big pissing or my dick is bigger than yours contest and the topic is so boring it has now become nauseating.
