With Eddie on the decline and Cameron a chance to leave, we are now desperate for some quality small forwards this year.
With Richmond winning the GF with one tall forward and the fleet of smalls, clubs are going to try and find these types of players more.

I'm a big fan of Ian Milera from Glenelg, when he gets the ball he's so composed and damaging. His accuracy for the year was like 90% for the year in front of goals which is freakish. Hopefully Jarman continues to improve as he's another with good skill and a high footy IQ.

Jarman a ready made Eddie replacement. Hopefully we look for players this draft who can lift us further

It won't matter until our 4 pronged tall forward line is dismantled. Today we had 4 forwards who are both a) not physical and b) dont tackle.

McGovern + Walker would be ideal.

With McGovern in for Otten it can work, as he has great pace and agility and helps our defensive structure massively, but Otten just can't do that now, he's a mark and kick player and can't defend when the ball hits the ground.

20+ games next year for Gallucci will hopefully add a different dimension as well. He should have stayed in after the Brisbane game.

He also drops a fair portion of the contested marks that he is the only player to get hands to. His selection was as stupid as VB against the Roos last year. He's borderline when the midfield are on top and the ball's coming in often, fast and unpressured. He's a complete and utter liability when our midfield is under pressure. We've got too many who can't grind out a draw against their opponents when our midfield isn't monstering their opponents.
