I'll be eyeing off GCLynch but that's probably the only one. Will likely start with Ryder and HH.

The byes are actually rounds 11-13, not 12-14 like you said earlier, so ATM I'm thinking I'll use the few weeks heading into the bye to build up cash, hopefully get through round 11 unscathed then go to upgrade city, round 13 will be the killer. I'll already be missing 7 of my starting keepers.

Yep agree totally on rd 13. That is the main reason for my original post as I feel that most teams will be in the same boat. Is there an opportunity to get ahead of the game by selecting less players with the rd 13 bye and focus on bringing in rd 9 bye players to make the most of the situation. If gray and gaz are playing and are in form it is 2 premos that are playing all 3 of the bye rounds, a bonus that we have not had previously. Wines in may become relevant same goes for Lynch, wingard up forward and HH, Pittard and maybe KK in backs.
What I am considering is instead of thinking of rd 9 as separate, think of rd 13 as separate. The loading up of rd 9 players in rd 10 and 11 and rd 11 in 12 meaning by rd 13 when many sides will have a majority of their premos out, following this could mean a big advantage through the byes and esp. in rd 13.

That seems an eternity away, rightio then fellas how much is it for a premium subscription? after reading all the threads on here the last week (despite telling myself all off season id wait til febuary before i even think about SC) and starting to get a few ideas about my team theres no way i can wait that long.

Only last years SC gold subscribers gain access. It's only $20 so sign up once it opens.

Until then use Jocks spreadsheet as its the same thing.
The SC picker doesn't have any stats just players and prices.

insert my usual couple of uniques
trade hard early
hit the top 200-500 around the bye


and fall away, all trades gone to finish 10000 ish

therefore my plan is to start earlier this year
