Instead of making a new thread for every coaching change that occurs, I thought it would be more convenient if any news was posted in the one thread.

Leonardo will be leaving Milan at the end of this season he has confirmed.

Markus Babbel is the new coach of Hertha Berlin who were relegated btw.

Looks like losing Voroburger was a massive blow for them.

Avram Grant agreed to a 3 year deal with the Hammers last night according to the Mirror and Daily Mail.

Will use a 4-3-3 system, and Sidney Govou likely to be our 1st signing to be played out wide on the right.

Grant will go straight after O'Hara, Boateng and probably David James as well, assuming Rob Green is sold to Schalke this off-season.

After seeing the shortlist on Sky Sports last night of Grant, Fat Sam, Dave Jones and Ian Holloway, am very relieved that we ended up with Avram. Think he'll do a solid job for us.

Hopefully Benitez Liverpool -> Inter

Pellegrini is an excellent coach. I would have liked him to stay and if he didnt prove himself next year then thats when you get rid of him. But Mourinho generally wins, and winning is what the fans want. However if we play counter attack in Madrid the cries will come loud and clear from the stands.

Wouldnt it be great if it was Benitez to Real Madrid and Mouriniho to Liverpool

Yeah really when it comes down to it, Pellegrini is going to be extremely unlucky.

His record at Villareal shows that he's a pretty damn good manager and he was only a couple of points behind Barcelona, with a new squad that was always going to take time to gel, and he made a player like Higuain who many thought coming into this season was a bust, into a very, very good striker.

Would his style of management work well in the EPL, I don't know. Even though Atletico Madrid won the Europa League, they finished 9th and they'd be well advised to go after Pellegrini I reckon.

Steve Clarke just got the arse as our #2, will probably get a nice $1.3M payoff as well.

My guess is he joins "The Special One" as his #2 at the Bernabeu.

Thats quite stupid tbh from West Ham...

Well Grant is going to be hired as manager, and him and Clarke pretty much don't get along from their days at Chelski.

Grant's going to be bringing in 3 coaches from Pompey it seems, don't know who his #2 will be though.

It is a good move I don't know, but Clarke didn't exactly do a sterling job alongside Zola this season, although how much he had to do with our fortunes is debatable.

Manuel Pellegrini has behaved with admirable dignity throughout his whole time at Real Madrid, I don't think anyone could blame him for having a right spray about his treatment. And in a way he has, though the tone of it is pretty measured.

"I can't speak badly of Florentino Perez, then again I can't speak well of him either, because I don't know him as a person." Goes on to say he hadn't spoken to him since August.

Also says he had the players 100% behind him and trusted them absolutely, all the interference came from above. "If anyone gave me authority this year, it was the players."

Fair ****s to him. Hope he does brilliantly wherever he goes (Sevilla probably), just to show Perez what a ****ing idiot he is.
