This "new era" seems to have the same cast of people every year, it's just the names that have changed.

I'm betting the latter. The challenge tonight was a really good one.
And - although I liked Kev - at least it wasn't just a 'boot the low person' eviction. Interesting to see if this tribe will go forward or if they will just self-destruct.
Poasibly, but if so, it's a miscalculation. Eva is one of the most built women we've seen in a while on the show, she was never going first.Would it be too cynical to suggest they cast green as a disaster tribe deliberately to give Eva and Mitch a chance to bed in on their tribes.
It's a tribe swap, Sai is going to Civa based on the preview. There are 15 people left. I guess they could go to two tribes with uneven numbers, or send someone to exile or something, but it makes more sense to have three new tribes of 5.And now there is a merge.
This 3 tribe thing is an unmitigated disaster and for the life of me I cannot understand why they persist with it.Well that sucked.
Journeys are terrible in general, but giving 2 of them no say in going, no time to interact with each other, no option to play, and then no way to influence the outcome of the game made this one the shittest yet.
And Jeff's love for taking away votes not only often ruins the ability for any sort of decent strategy, they've had to change the tie rules to try account for it and instead managed to completely break them. Sai getting to revote but getting no say in the deadlock discussion makes absolutely no sense, and was impossible to follow.
And once again we're 3 episodes into the season and we've not seen 80% of the remaining players actually have to play yet. What a joke
I think 3 tribes leads to much better post merges than 2 tribes, but it just doesn't work with taking away votes and taking away tribe supplies. This 3 tribe thing is an unmitigated disaster and for the life of me I cannot understand why they persist with it.
I think three tribes can work fine, it's just that the producers screw up the initial division and create one failure of a tribe, then compound it by taking away their flint to make them weaker for the next challenge. This 3 tribe thing is an unmitigated disaster and for the life of me I cannot understand why they persist with it.
He seems like the classic guy who is very smart at one thing (surgery) and very dumb at anything outside of it.I saw a comment online that pointed out that Cedrek voted for everyone at that tribal. Mary on that first vote, then Sai x 2, then flipped to Justin. Then he tried to predicate it on Mary and Sai working together in a tribe of 3. Lucky for him there is a swap....
